1. Information you provide
- Account information, such as an email address, phone number, or Apple sign-in identifier, when you choose to create an account.
- Photos, short videos, audio recordings or files, written instructions, and other reference media that you deliberately select for a generation.
- Support messages and the information you choose to include in them.
- Purchase confirmation and Credit balance records. Apple and Google process your payment details; we do not receive your full card number.
2. Device permissions
Talking Photo may request access to your photo library, camera, or microphone only when you use a feature that needs it. You can deny or later revoke a permission in your device settings. The app reads only the media you choose or create for that action.
3. How information is used
- Process the generation you request and deliver the resulting video.
- Operate accounts, Credits, purchase restoration, job history, security, and customer support.
- Diagnose failures and protect the service from abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. AI processing and service providers
Selected media and instructions are sent to infrastructure and AI processing providers solely to complete your request. Providers process this information under contractual safeguards and may operate in the United States or other countries. We also use hosting, storage, authentication, crash reporting, customer support, and app-store services where needed to run the product.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your private input media for advertising.
5. Storage and deletion
- Private generation inputs are normally deleted from temporary object storage within 24 hours.
- Generated cloud files are normally available for delivery for up to 7 days. You can delete a finished item earlier in the app.
- Account, Credit, transaction, security, and support records are kept while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- Saving a finished video to your device creates a local copy controlled by you.
6. Website analytics
If website analytics are enabled, talkingphoto.video uses our self-hosted Umami service in the United States. It does not set analytics cookies. We remove page titles, query strings, URL fragments, and form content; normalize dynamic identifiers; honor Do Not Track; and do not enable session replay. Website analytics are retained for up to 13 months. Do not put personal information in a website URL.
7. Your choices and rights
You can control device permissions, delete eligible generated files, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information by contacting support@nanhara.com. Some transaction or security records may be retained when required by law or needed to protect the service. Your local law may provide additional rights.
8. Children, security, and changes
Talking Photo is not directed to children under 12. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. If this policy materially changes, we will update this page and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app.
